Opening on Mac for the first time (one-time step)

  1. Open the downloaded file and drag Mailtide into your Applications folder.
  2. Open Mailtide. If you see "Apple could not verify…", click "Done".
  3. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security, click "Open Anyway" next to "Mailtide was blocked" and enter your Mac password.
  4. Updates: when a new version is out the app tells you; download it here and drag it into Applications the same way. Your data is kept.

After installing

  1. Open the app and enter the license key we emailed you.
  2. Connect your email account under Settings → Sending Account.
  3. Upload your Excel or CSV customer list and start your first campaign.
